Very impressed with this unit. Don’t waste your money on a lower cost dehydrator that lacks a fan or variable temperature.

I found a recipe that looks very tasty. They are the link, copy and paste sotto.Un ‘groped other thing would be to maiatrne (in Bragg, or in a vinaigrette, or whatever) and then dehydrate thick strips of portobello , melanzane.Ho mushrooms or tofu jerky recipe found here:
